360° CMAs now Available in Matrix™

Stellar MLS has launched 360° CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) for Matrix™. CMAs are used to analyze the value of a property by using comparable properties to determine the current market value. With this exciting upgrade, the process of creating CMAs is streamlined – Quick and easy with professional and complete results!

The new 360° CMAs, produces a robust CMA report with comparable properties comprised of information from across all sources and record types, including active listings, recently sold listings, off-market listings, and public tax records. Other top features include:

One-Click Comparables Finder

A new "View Comparable Properties" button is now available on listing displays. Click this button to trigger Matrix to automatically search for 20 of the most closely matched comparables! Comparables can be based on the distance from property, the price set within the past 30 days, terms of property type, bed, bath, etc., and square footage.

Complete Results

Build your 360° CMA from this smart blend of on-market listings and off-market properties (using Realist tax data) and even Non-MLS Sales (FSBO). Adjust your results list by removing unwanted comps, or opt to find more comparable properties.
