My Florida Regional MLS is excited to announce our partnership with Western Technologies Group (WTG). For more than 20 years WTG has been the premier provider of structure-based flood zone determinations.

This new partnership will allow MFRMLS subscribers to have access to WTG’s MyFloodStatus Flood Zone Determination reports from inside of Matrix or their MFRMLS Dashboard. Every report is certified by nationally Certified Floodplain Managers and will establish if a dwelling is in or out of a special flood hazard area.
