Important Update: Planned Commercial Updates on Hold
All Matrix functionalities are available and accessible at this time.
After careful review and testing the decision has been made to place the previously communicated commercial updates on hold. These updates will not be implemented tomorrow, December 17, and there will not be a Matrix downtime. We will provide an update of the new release date as we continue to move through the testing process.
Stellar MLS is working with CoreLogic to resolve these technical issues. Our goal is to ensure accurate commercial listing data is being displayed to potential buyers and real estate professionals.

On December 17, 2019 Matrix enhancements will bring exciting new features to the commercial listing input process. In order to remain RESO Data Dictionary compliant, commercial listings will be separated into three property types: Commercial Sale, Commercial Lease and Commercial Business Opportunities.
Each property type will have a corresponding data entry input form with only fields that directly relate to that category. This will allow for streamlined and faster data entry and property searching.

Critical Matrix Downtime
To facilitate the implementation process for these commercial updates, there will be a partial Matrix maintenance downtime from December 16 starting at 5pm through December 17 ending at noon.
Please note, the implementation process does not require a full system downtime. However, during this period, you will not be able to access Auto Email and Add/Edit functionalities. All other Matrix features will be accessible and available.
