MFRMLS requires you to enter new listings in the MLS system within two business days of a signed listing agreement. The Owner’s Waiver form is used when a seller decides to opt-out of or delay entering their listing in the MLS.
Per the MFRMLS Rules and Regulations, the completed and signed Owner’s Waiver form must be submitted to the MLS within two business days of the signed listing agreement or the dated signature of the owner(s) on record.
To streamline this process, AuthentiSign is now available for FREE to all Stellar MLS customers when completing and submitting the Owner’s Waiver form through Transaction Desk.
When you go to your Transaction Desk account, the Owner’s Waiver form will be pre-populated in your MFRMLS folder. After the waiver has been filled out and saved, it will automatically be emailed to each participant for their electronic signature. Once each participant has signed, Transaction Desk will automatically submit the form to Stellar MLS for processing.
Important Note About The Signing Process: To avoid delays in the process, the property owner(s) must sign the waiver first before the agent and broker signs. Don’t forget to check your spam or junk folder if you haven’t received your email.
