Effective today, November 10, 2020, Stellar MLS will begin using the On-Market Date field to calculate your listings’ Days on Market. The new On Market Date field in Matrix ensures better accuracy of days on market calculations going forward by differentiating between when a listing contract was signed and when marketing of the listing began in the MLS.
The On-Market Date field has replaced the List Date field on all displays and will be auto-populated with the date your listing goes into an active status. Listing status changes such as withdraw/expired/pending will not affect the On-Market Date shown on displays or in historical listing data.

Important note: For historical listings that do not have an On-Market Date, we will continue to use the Listing Contract Date.
