Reciprocal MLS Access is a collaborative agreement between multiple MLS organizations that allows you to search for and view listings in other participating MLS systems—without needing to join them separately.
As a Stellar MLS subscriber, you now have the ability to access listings in several other regions through your existing login, helping you support clients across a broader market area with ease and efficiency. Stellar MLS customers have access to expanded inventory and referral opportunities in Georgia and Alabama through our data share agreements!
The agreement provides local brokers and agents with direct access, in real-time, to reliable listing data from each other’s markets. To access Georgia listings from FMLS or Alabama listings from MAAR by searching for properties in those states directly in Matrix!

Search for listings along the Gulf Coast of Alabama! With our data share partnership with Gulf Coast MLS you have access to an expanded inventory and even more referral opportunities!

Frequently Asked Questions
What’s the difference between a reciprocal MLS access and a search partner?
A reciprocal MLS access agreement gives Stellar MLS subscribers access to another MLS’s search system at no additional cost. While listings remain on the reciprocal MLS platform, this agreement expands your access to property data and enhances the value of your Stellar MLS subscription.
With Stellar MLS's search partnerships, you can conveniently search listings in Georgia and Alabama from Stellar MLS Matrix!
How do I access Reciprocal MLS Access data?
To access reciprocal market searches click the "Reciprocal MLS Access" tab on your Matrix Homepage.
What MLSs does Stellar MLS have reciprocal MLS access agreements with?
Currently, you can access OMNI MLS listings from the ease of your Matrix Homepage!
Beginning July 2025, you will have access to CRMLS and Bright MLS listings through reciprocal MLS access. Stay turned for updates and communication from Stellar MLS for more information regarding this!
Can I use all the features available in the other MLS?
Through the Reciprocal MLS Access link, you can access that MLS's search system to find, review, share, and save listings created in their area. You cannot enter, create, or update listings. To learn how to navigate each MLS partner’s search system, please refer to their online help resources in their search system.
Can I send listing information from a partner MLS to my clients?
Yes, you can share or email listing information to your clients directly from the reciprocal MLS's search system. Please note: Your clients will view and receive this listing information directly from the MLS's customer portal, not Stellar MLS.
How can I customize my agent information if I share listings with my clients?
To learn how to customize your information for each MLS partner’s search system, please refer to their online help system.
Will listings through reciprocal MLS access agreements be available in my IDX feed?
No. Listings obtained through reciprocal MLS access agreements will not be available on the IDX feed displayed on your website.
Can I access reciprocal listings through MLS-Touch?
No, reciprocal MLS listings are not available through MLS-Touch.
