On April 13, 2021, CoreLogic will update the domain for emails that are sent from Matrix to your customers for better deliverability. This email update will ensure that the emails you send from Matrix are routed properly to your contacts’ primary inboxes instead of SPAM or other email folders.
You may not notice any changes with your email delivery from Matrix, however, we recommend a few simple actions to ensure your emails are received as intended:
1. Create a new contact so your email provider recognizes the new Matrix domain. You and your customers can create a new contact for the dedicated new Stellar MLS Matrix email: email@example.com. Below are resource links to major email providers with instructions for creating new contacts:
2. Alert your customers to this update. As a courtesy, linked here is a form letter you can copy, paste and send to your customers alerting them to this update with tips to make sure they are receiving your emails from Matrix.
