Click, Copy, Paste, Share! New Listing Share Feature In Matrix!

We're so excited and we just can’t hide it! Stellar MLS is happy to announce the newest Matrix feature – listing share!

This new option will allow you to share a direct link of your listing(s) from Matrix with your client base and it’s super easy to use – just click, copy, paste, share! Here’s How!

How to Share Your Listings

1. The ability to ‘Share’ a listing is based on your access level. For example, a Broker and Company Assistant can share any active or pending listing from their entire office/firm, while an Agent can only share his/her own listings.
2. The view is similar to the customer portal display. Just like any shareable URL, the link can be posted on social media sites (Facebook, twitter, linkedIn etc.) or sent via email or text.
3. The generated link will no longer work if the listing changes to an off-market status (Temporarily Off-Market, Expired, Withdrawn or Cancelled).
4. You are only able to share sold listings within 6 months of the sold date.

Customer Portal Updates – 2 New Value Add Features your Clients will Love!

Now when you share a listing, viewers will be able to see the Walk IQ/Drive IQ and Nearby Public/Private Schools.

Walk IQ/Drive IQ – Indicates a score assigned to the property that gives a general idea of the ease with which you can perform everyday errands whether walking or driving.

Nearby Public and Private Schools - Shows a list of nearby public and private schools, including information about their rating and size.

Save The Date: Facebook Live!

Join us this Friday, August 16, at 11am for a Facebook live event covering these new Matrix features! Stellar trainers John Lipscomb and Darice Ranger are hosting this live chat and will share all the ins and outs about the new listing share and lifestyle value add features.
