Zillow Rentals is now an available Listing Distribution option for your rental listings if your broker has opted-in.
Broker Permissions and Listings Distribution Options
Brokers decide if they want to distribute their offices’ listings by opting in or out of options available in the Stellar Portal.
- Your broker's opt-out will always override your opt-in in the Listing Distribution section of your listings in Matrix. Even if an agent selects the check mark to distribute, the listing will not show up on Zillow Rentals if the broker has opted out.
- If your broker has opted their office in to distribute rental listings to Zillow Rentals, then you can opt out on a listing-by-listing basis by unchecking the checkmark in the Listing Distribution section of your listings in Matrix.
