You’ll gain access to crucial ShowingTime information – updated every five minutes – right from your Stellar MLS Dashboard. Each icon serves as a direct shortcut to a ShowingTime feature you frequently use in your day-to-day activities. The Widget can even be set up to alert you of outstanding showing requests needing confirmation, new feedback received, or feedback to be submitted.
Where can I find the new Widget?
To access the new ShowingTime widget, first, log in to your Clareity Dashboard on Stellarmls.com. Scroll toward the bottom, and you will see the new ShowingTime Widget with four icons:
- Feedback received.
- Feedback requested.
- Confirmed appointments I have requested.
- Confirmed appointments on my listings.
Types of information that may be displayed may include:
- Number of feedback responses received.
- Number of feedback surveys requested.
- Number of confirmed upcoming appointments (listing side).
- Number of confirmed upcoming appointments (showing side).
