Matrix Teams keeps getting better! Introducing enhanced and streamlined Market Reports in Matrix! If your broker designates your team for production credit, and your listings are entered under your team record, the data will be included in Market Reports.

Consolidated On-Demand Reports

The newly updated reports are consolidated to make generating Market Reports faster and more relevant! Now reporting can be grouped by Agent, Team, Agent, and Team or Office.

• The Agent Awards Detail Report and Agent Production Detail Report is now the new Production Detail Report which can be grouped by Agent, Team, Agent and Team, or Office.
• The Agent Market Share Report, Agent Market Share by Listed, Office Market Share Report, and Office Market Share By Listed is now the new Awards Market Share Report which can be grouped by Agent, Team, Agent, and Team, Office.
• The Agent Awards Summary Report is now the new Awards Summary Report which can be grouped by Agent, Agent, and Team, Team, Office, or Firm.

Temporary Process to Record January 2022 Production Credit

As a reminder, brokers, team leads, and listing agents currently have access to a temporary input form* that allows them to enter a List Team ID or a Selling Team ID for listings with a closed date on or after January 1, 2022, to ensure that proper Team production credit is recorded. Production credit cannot be applied retroactively to any listing closed before January 1, 2022.

*Please note retroactive team credit submitted with the temp form is only available through March 25, 2022.
