Saddle up and get ready to race toward victory with the Triple Crown Series of Training, spotlighting OneHome—the winning tool for optimizing collaboration, empowering success, and excelling in the real estate ecosystem. Just like the 2025 Triple Crown Horse Races, this high-stakes competition will challenge you to stay ahead of the pack and reach the winner’s circle.
To claim your spot in the winner's circle:
- You must complete all three races (virtual courses)—no skipping legs on this track.
- Missing more than 5 minutes of any course? That’s like pulling up at the final furlong—you’ll be ineligible for the badge and prize drawing.
- You don’t have to run all your virtual races on the same day, but you must complete all three by May 23 to be in contention.

The Winning Strategy
- Cross the finish line by completing all three virtual courses to earn the Triple Crown OneHome Winner Badge.*
- Finishers will be automatically entered into the grand prize drawing for a one-year Stellar MLS subscription reimbursement for the 2025 billing season.
- The
drawing will take place in the last week of May, just in time for annual billing.
*Keep in mind the Triple Crown OneHome Winner Badge will be presented upon completion of the Triple Crown Series.

Course 1: Kentucky Derby

Bringing Your Customer Home: Empowering Success with OneHome
The second leg of the Triple Crown Derby Race is here—and it's time to take the reins and lead your customers to the home stretch of their buying journey. In this course, you'll learn how to harness the power of OneHome to deliver a winning experience that keeps you in the lead as their trusted real estate professional.

- Set your customers up on easy, interactive auto emails to establish a strong connection from the start. Then, guide them through listings where they can request tours, send messages, and provide feedback—all in real time.

Use the side-by-side comparison feature to help customers confidently evaluate their top contenders and collaborate through Agent Picks and Discards, allowing both you and your customers to highlight ideal matches or remove less suitable options to stay focused on the best-fit properties.

Virtual Training Schedule
Each virtual course will be offered twice weekly, following the Triple Crown racing calendar. Just like race season, pacing is everything—so be sure to choose your races wisely! Virtual courses will also be held on Wednesday evenings to accommodate all contenders.
